Greater Geneva Bern area: your partner in Switzerland
The Greater Geneva Bern area (GGBa) is the investment promotion agency for Western Switzerland, bringing together the cantons of Bern, Fribourg, Vaud, Neuchâtel, Geneva and Valais. Its mission is to provide support to foreign companies allowing them to get established quickly and develop their activities in Western Switzerland. Since its creation in 2010, the GGBa, in cooperation with the cantonal economic promotion agencies, has guided hundreds of companies from around the world in launching their activities in the region.
Our mission
Our mission is to advise and assist foreign companies in the process of setting up business operations in Western Switzerland. Because of our profound knowledge of the region and our experience, we can offer personalized services to each investor throughout the process, from the evaluation of potential sites to the official entry of the company in the commercial registry.
A large network of representatives, both in Switzerland and abroad, is available to advise investors, provide them with all the necessary information and support them in successfully carrying out their projects in the region. Once the company is established and operational, the cantonal economic promotion agencies will continue to be by their side to provide them with the optimal conditions for developing their businesses.
